home owners. Our company was founded in 1999 by Pamela
Pastore, who has 12 years experience in property management
and house cleaning.

PAMELA PASTORE
I was born and raised in Connecticut. Throughout the
years my travels had been many, yet I never visited
the Baja, no matter what American Express said about
CABO. When my cousin and I decided to take a vacation,
we talked about visiting my aunt in San Felipe. I
thought, why not?
In 1999 I came to the Baja for
the first time and fell in love with it's immense
difference from Connecticut. Specifically, I became
enamored with the growing sea-side village of San
Felipe and the wonderful people. I purchased some
property and for all intents and purposes, remained.
Leaving behind two grown children and a wonderful
grandson, I was torn between two worlds.
It was not long before I found
my niche. Having been an entrepreneur for 25 years,
I saw many opportunities in San Felipe for service
oriented businesses to help people out. I opened my
Mexican corporation REDWAGON ENTERPRISES in October
of 1999. Armed with a 12 year background as owner
of a housecleaning and property management company,
Maid Marion House Cleaning service and Redwagon Property
management were up and running by January 2000. My
staff was trained in all aspects of house cleaning
and I oversaw the property management for absentee
owners. My staff takes great pride in their work and
are very conscientious. I just love what we are able
to do for people so they can enjoy their homes when
they arrive in San Felipe. Having a clean house is
only the tip of the iceberg. I have trained my staff
to cover all aspects of preparing a home, such as
clean and fill the cistern, make sure the propane
level is at least 80 percent and that the electric
is turned on, garden is watered, even to filling the
refrigerator.
MARY BRENNAN
After 25 years in the property and casualty insurance
business, raising two daughters and various other
ventures, I was searching for a more leisure life
style. That's when I found San Felipe. Not knowing
a single person, I arrived with my dog Sunny in Baja
in 2001. It was paradise and I immediately knew that
I was at home. The peace and serenity I found was
soothing to my soul.
In the Mexican way, I immediately
made new amigos. The person who influenced my new
life in San Felipe was Pamela Pastore. We had much
in common and shared a similar background and work
ethic.
Property management was just
up my alley. With an interest in real estate and my
background as a real estate appraiser, along with
my knowledge of general contracting which I acquired
as a property & casualty underwriter, I was ready
to take on another career. In the past few years I
have managed Maid Marion housecleaning service, along
with house and pet sitting for RPM and recently have
finished the post construction get ready for several
satisfied customers.
Now that I am permanently residing
in San Felipe, I am excited to assist Pamela in expanding
Redwagon rentals on a full time basis.
